Tanya has 30 years of financial experience in the heating and renewable energy industries.  She holds advanced finance and NEBOSH qualifications, bringing expertise in both financial strategy and workplace safety.  Tanya oversees budgeting, risk management, and financial planning, ensuring the company’s stability and supporting sustainable growth.

Laura has 20 years of HR experience, including 5 years in the renewable energy industry.  She holds CIPD qualifications and has a background in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors.  Laura oversees talent management, employee relations, and HR compliance, supporting a positive workplace culture and aligning HR strategy with business objectives. 

Colin brings 30 years of experience in the heating and renewable energy sectors, specialising in technical project design and regulatory compliance.  He develops innovative solutions to meet MCS standards and holds advanced qualifications in electrical design.  Colin’s expertise ensures that all commercial projects are delivered to the highest industry standards, offering tailored solutions that meet client and regulatory requirements.

Maldwyn has over 25 years’ of experience in the industry and is an ex British Gas Design Engineer. Qualifications include  ASHP, G3, Gas, Oil and LPG. In addition a Domestic Energy and Retro Fit Assessor and certified training assessor. Maldwyn also Consulted on Sauermanns SICA range of flue gas analysers and the patented pressure-safe system.

Craig is a fully qualified scaffolder with over 30 years in scaffolding and health and safety management, Craig oversees all scaffolding operations, ensuring safety compliance and structural integrity. He is NEBOSH and IOSH certified, promoting a safety-first culture, ensuring all projects meet industry standards.

Matthew is a fully qualified electrical professional with 15 years of experience, specialising in renewable energy projects.  With certifications including NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, and NICEIC Qualified Supervisor, he ensures the highest standards in safety and compliance. As Electrical Manager, Matthew leads the installation team, overseeing project timelines, team coordination, and client communication to ensure smooth, efficient project delivery.  His strong leadership and technical expertise drive successful outcomes across all electrical operations.

Michael has over 20 years of sales, account management and business development experience. Strategic and methodical in this thinking creating a strong culture of success, whilst focussing on delivering exceptional customer service for both new and existing customers. Michael is also involved in aligning the sales and marketing efforts to support business growth, to including partnership collaborations and tendering processes.

Heating Contracts Co-Ordinator. Samantha has over 10 years of knowledge in the renewables industry from Cavity wall insulation, loft insulation, boiler replacements, full central heating systems and newly ASHP systems. With extensive knowledge of the working of these systems listed. Samantha  works daily to keep up to date with scheme grant applications and documentation requirements. Finally, providing great customer service and a smooth customer journey is her priority for all clients.

Lucy Nathan plays a pivotal role in our team as the Renewables Contract Coordinator.  With focus on ensuring smooth project execution, Lucy manages the contracts that underpin our renewable energy initiatives.  From liaising with clients to ensuring compliance with industry standards, she ensures every aspect of the contract process is handled efficiently and effectively. With extensive experience in the renewables sector, Lucy previously worked as a Project Management Administrator on ECO-focused initiatives.  During this time, she developed expertise in managing administrative processes, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and supporting successful project execution.  Her knowledge of ECO4 and GBIS frameworks ensures that our projects align with the latest industry requirements and deliver maximum impact for customers and stakeholders.

Simon Fisher is our Heating Supervisor (Trainee), bringing a wealth of hands-on experience and technical expertise to our renewable and heating team.   In his role, Simon oversees heating installations, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards while learning and refining supervisory skills to lead projects effectively.  He works closely with installation teams, ensuring that each project meets customer expectations and adheres to industry regulations.With a career rooted in the plumbing industry, Simon has developed an extensive skill set that includes the installation and maintenance of heating systems.  His knowledge of Air Source Heat Pumps positions him as a key contributor to our renewable heating solutions.  Simon’s dedication to excellence and his passion for advancing in the renewable energy sector make him a valuable asset to our team.  As he continues to grow in his supervisory role, Simon’s leadership and expertise will play a significant part in delivering innovative and sustainable heating solutions.
